Project management
Reflective questions
- Which influencing factors are preventing progress despite a clear plan?
- Which decisions are missing for the project to become truly actionable?
Definition
Project management is the goal-oriented planning, organisation and steering of a time-bound initiative. It aligns scope, timelines, resources, costs, quality, risks, responsibilities and decisions.
Why it matters
A project never exists outside its organisation. Informal expectations, competing priorities and dependencies can influence its trajectory as strongly as any project plan.
