Consulting · Lab · Institute

Three fields. One shared learning cycle.

Magnetic Fields combines consulting, practical experimentation and systematic reflection. Depending on the situation, collaboration can begin in any of the three fields. What matters is not the entry point, but shared learning.

Three perspectives on change

Consulting - understand and structure

Consulting helps organisations structure complex situations, identify relevant influencing factors and turn a diffuse concern into a question that can be addressed.

Consulting at a glance

Lab - develop and test

The Lab provides a setting in which hypotheses, new ways of working, AI applications and prototypes can be tested under manageable real-world conditions.

Institute - reflect and develop further

The Institute connects practical experience with models, research and new perspectives on organisations, leadership and technology.

Orientation

Where can the collaboration begin?

  • If an important initiative is stuck or the key question is still unclear: Consulting
  • If a concrete idea should be tested under real conditions: Lab
  • If insights need to be structured, deepened or translated into a model: Institute

These fields are not separate product lines. A single concern can move between them and generate new questions at any stage.

The Magnetic Fields Cycle

Questions become experience. Experience creates new questions.

Consulting helps clarify a concern and develop a testable hypothesis. In the Lab, that hypothesis is tested under real conditions. The Institute reflects on and structures the resulting insights. This creates new questions for the next cycle. The cycle is not a prescribed process. It describes how questions become hypotheses, hypotheses become experience, and experience becomes insight.

Possible starting points

What collaboration can start with

  • An important initiative is not moving forward.
  • Recurring friction appears between functions or teams.
  • An idea should be tested before a major decision is made.
  • Artificial intelligence should be applied responsibly in practice.
  • An organisation needs orientation without adopting a standard method.
  • Project experience should be reviewed in a structured way.

Which field fits your concern?

You do not need to know the right entry point yet. In an initial conversation, we clarify the central question together and identify which field offers a sensible start.
